This role drives performance by leading with purpose, building high-performing teams, developing an exceptional customer experience and ensuring operational excellence in line with business goals and brand standards.The Person:The successful candidate will have a passion for retailing and a flair for merchandising, able to excite and motivate their team to achieve the highest level of customer service. They will be a brand ambassador for END, able to build relationships and partnerships with the local community as well as the existing brand partners.Some of the other skills and attributes we are looking for are:• Commercially astute – experience managing a full P&L.• Ability to lead with authenticity, championing a culture of inclusivity and clarity.• Confident in themselves, able to Influence wider business decision making by providing local market insight, competitor analysis and data driven recommendations.• In-depth understanding of how all departments within the function interact and collaborate across the business to achieve business objectives.• Experience working within a data driven environment, able to analyse key metrics and compile action plans.• Level 5 Professional qualifications or extensive practical knowledge gained through experience.Apply with SonicApply
